Module Aims

The major aim of this module is to allow students to prepare professional quality work for use when seeking employment. The aim is to expose students to on-location experience of work in media and production companies, utilising local production companies and media outlets. Students will be given opportunity to produce several professional products in a variety of media of their choice. The student will also investigate entrepreneurism, freelancing and new business development.

Content Summary

Creation of a Photography Portfolio.

Creating a Film Catalogue.

Creating a ‘live’ Natural History website.

Development of Industry based learning and skills development.
