Educational Aim
The main aims of the course are:
To evaluate, validate and apply advanced analytical techniques in the forensic sciences.
To appraise the forensic process and the strategies used to ensure the integrity and admissibility of forensic evidence throughout investigative and judicial procedures.
To assess and apply legal, ethical, and professional standards in forensic analysis, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory frameworks.
To interpret, evaluate, and communicate complex analytical data and forensic evidence in both written and oral formats, including the preparation of forensic reports and delivery of expert witness testimony in a courtroom setting.
